Milan, 22 March (LaPresse) – Inter have stalled again following their draw against Atalanta: another 1-1 result for the Nerazzurri as they faced Fiorentina at the Franchi in their Serie A matchday 30 fixture. Inter took the lead after 40 minutes through Pio Esposito. Chivu’s men continued to press, coming close to doubling their lead on a couple of occasions. Fiorentina then began to take control of the game, coming close to an equaliser through Kean and Gudmundsson. The second half followed the same script, with the Viola managing to snatch an equaliser thanks to a goal from Ndour in the 77th minute, who slotted home Sommer’s parry. Milan and Napoli, currently six and seven points behind Inter respectively, are celebrating. It was an important point in the battle for survival for Fiorentina, who now sit in 16th place.
