Rome, May 3 (LaPresse) – Manchester United legend Sir Alex Ferguson was taken to hospital after feeling ill at Old Trafford shortly before attending the Premier League match between the Red Devils and Liverpool. According to the Mail Online, this is only a precautionary measure and there is optimism that he will recover soon. Ferguson, 84, was taken to hospital by ambulance about an hour before kick-off of United’s match but it was not considered an emergency. This is not the first time the Scot has experienced health problems. In 2018, he suffered a brain hemorrhage but recovered after successful surgery. And it seems that this last episode is unrelated.
