It’s important to feel good,” added the Italian champion, who returns to Wimbledon to defend last year’s historic title. “It’s very nice to think about what happened last year and to come back, it meant a lot to me. But now we’re talking about another tournament, with other difficulties, even if I hope for a similar ending. For me this is the most special tournament, the idea of being able to play on that court is something incredible,” he concluded, with Sinner appearing in good condition on his return after the break due to the illness suffered at the Roland Garros.
