The former Inter goalkeeper, a free agent following his spell with the Nerazzurri, has signed a three-year contract with the Belgian side. The 37-year-old Swiss goalkeeper will replace veteran Simon Mignolet, who retired at the age of 38 after helping Brugge win the Belgian league title. During his career, Sommer has won league titles with Inter, Bayern Munich and Basel, the club where he began his career.
