Football, Abodi: “Guardiola? It’s a gamble to talk about it beforehand without being certain of a ‘yes’”

Milan, 25 July (LaPresse) – “I don’t know if Guardiola has given it any thought. I believe that when it comes to public communication, if you’re considering an option like this, either you have a reasonable degree of certainty that it will come to fruition, or it’s better to keep it under wraps. These alternatives seem so far apart to me that it was probably a gamble to bring it up without being certain of a ‘yes’.” This was stated by the Minister for Sport and Youth, Andrea Abodi, on Sky Tg24. “These aren’t the sort of proposals where you’d expect to be told ‘No, thank you’ for any reason,” Abodi emphasised.
