Painkillers always help a lot, so I don’t think there’ll be any problems.” So said Francesco ‘Pecco’ Bagnaia, speaking to Sky Sport ahead of the Aragon Grand Prix. “It’s part of the post-operative process. Some people recover more quickly, others less so, so it’s normal,” added the two-time World Champion. Looking ahead to the Spanish weekend, Bagnaia went on to say: “We’re lacking potential on tracks with long corners and on those where you need grip through the corners. It’s a bit of a problem, but we’ll see. On this track, I think it’ll be different. We’ll be quick; the Ducatis will have an advantage over the Aprilia here, and we’ll need to make the most of it.”
