(LaPresse) – The General Prosecutor’s Office for Sport, headed by Ugo Taucer, has rejected the request to dismiss the case submitted by the head of the FIGC’s Federal Prosecutor’s Office, Giuseppe Chinè, regarding the investigation into President Giovanni Malagò’s failure to register. According to reports, Taucer sent a report to Chinè, with a copy to CONI President Luciano Buonfiglio, informing him of the decision. This is reportedly an interim response to the request to dismiss the case.
