Rome, 14 September (LaPresse) – Following his victory at the US Open, and after his win at Roland Garros, Alexander Zverev has become number one in the Race, the ranking that takes into account only results from 2026. Jannik Sinner, however, remains world number one in the ATP rankings, followed by Zverev himself and Carlos Alcaraz. Just off the podium is Ben Shelton, who climbs five places to fourth. Next is Felix Auger-Aliassime, who drops one place. Among the other Italians, Flavio Cobolli – in seventh place – is the only one in the Top 10.
