Milan, 28 Sept. (LaPresse) – Benjamin Satterley, a wrestler of English origin known as ‘Pac’, has died at the age of 40. All Elite Wrestling announced the news on its website on Sunday, though without specifying the cause of death. Satterley, originally from Newcastle upon Tyne, began his wrestling career in 2004 and joined AEW in 2019, winning several titles. On Saturday, he had fought in Chicago against Andrade El Ídolo. He had taken up the sport at the age of 18, inspired by his aunt’s passion for the WWF, and had gained fame with nicknames such as ‘The Man That Gravity Forgot’. Numerous messages of condolence have been received; among them was one from his colleague Will Ospreay, who described him as a hero.
