Lazio, Gattuso: ‘Juve are stronger on paper, but I want a team that isn’t afraid’

Turin, 17 Oct. (LaPresse) – “We must go to Turin knowing that we’re playing against a truly great side, one that has reaped little compared to what it has sown. What matters to me is courage; I want us to go out and play a game of mental strength, without hesitation or fear. On paper they’re stronger, but I want to see a team that gives it their all and exchanges blows blow for blow.” Lazio manager Gennaro Gattuso said this at a press conference on the eve of the away match against Juventus. “Going there with a timid attitude and fear won’t get us anywhere; we’ve got a journey to complete,” he continued. “We’re doing a lot of things well, but we still need to improve in many areas.”
