Turin, 28 Oct. (LaPresse) – Napoli ran out 4–1 winners away at Monza in their Serie A Matchday 9 fixture and climbed the table to sit just outside the European places, on 14 points. Hojlund broke the deadlock in the 10th minute from a Di Lorenzo assist; before half-time, the home side equalised with a winning header from Varela following a cross from the left by Robinson. In the second half, the visitors regained the lead in the 3rd minute with a clinical diagonal shot from Politano; Allegri’s side then ran riot with a header from Marin following a corner and De Bruyne’s fourth goal from a through ball by Lang. The only sour note for the Neapolitans was Lobotka’s first-half injury. The Brianza side suffered their third defeat in their last four matches and remain on 7 points.
