Rome, 31 Oct. (LaPresse) – “I gave it a go, I gave it my all. I waited until today to make a decision, but I wasn’t riding effectively. I’ve decided to pull out – it was too risky for me; I didn’t have 100 per cent control over what was happening on the bike. I’ve decided to rest; I’ll gain a day’s recovery time for Qatar. I’ll certainly keep trying right to the end.” This is how Aprilia rider Jorge Martin explained to Sky Sport his decision to pull out of the Malaysian Grand Prix due to the fracture in his right wrist sustained in the crash at Phillip Island.
