Rome, 5 Nov. (LaPresse) – Atalanta’s home campaign in Europe has hit a snag. On matchday four of the Conference League’s single-group stage, Sarri’s side could only manage a 1-1 draw at home against the Kazakh side Kairat Almaty, complicating their path to the round of 16. Gual’s goal in the 53rd minute was cancelled out by Krstovic in the 82nd minute. Following their recent 3-0 defeat to Parma, the Nerazzurri were desperate for a comeback victory that would have provided some breathing space after their recent run of poor form. But La Dea faltered once again, leaving the pitch to the sound of boos from the fans.
