Frankfurt (Germany), 3 Mar (LaPresse) – The driver of the car that allegedly ploughed into the crowd in the centre of Mannheim has been arrested. Bild reports this, adding that all roads and bridges leading out of the city are controlled by police officers armed with machine guns and a helicopter is flying over Mannheim.
