Brussels, 5 Mar (LaPresse) – ‘The idea of having an EU special envoy on the Ukrainian peace process was part of the consultations that President Antonio Costa had with all the leaders and it was basically accepted. So I think this is something that will come up in the discussions at the summit tomorrow, but I'm not sure if anything will be decided'. This was stated by a senior EU official ahead of tomorrow's European Council.
