"It has not been discussed in any way, but naturally, for us, Minsk is the best place," he said.
Previously, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko had invited Russian and American leaders Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, as well as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, to Belarus for talks.
