This was posted on X by Andriy Yermak, head of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's office, who leads the Ukrainian delegation. "We are working," he added. He attached a video showing a montage of the arrivals and the start of the meeting. The US delegation includes US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and National Security Advisor Mike Waltz. For Ukraine, besides Yermak, Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov are also at the table.
