Ukraine, Zelensky: "Putin Prepares Rejection of Ceasefire Proposal"

Turin, March 13 (LaPresse) – "Russian dictator Vladimir Putin wants to reject the U.S. proposal for a 30-day ceasefire with Ukraine. To achieve this, he is making impossible demands," said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in his usual evening address, reported by RBC Ukraine. "Now we have all heard very predictable and manipulative words from Russia in response to the idea of silence on the front: in reality, Putin is preparing to reject it right now," he explained. "Putin often does this, he doesn't say 'no' directly, but he does it in a way that practically delays everything and makes normal decisions impossible. We believe this is all just another Russian manipulation," Zelensky added.
