Rome, 14 May (LaPresse) – The Russian newspaper Kommersant reports that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will not attend talks scheduled for tomorrow in Istanbul. It has not yet been officially announced who will represent Russia at the meeting with Kiev.
