Milan, June 16 (LaPresse) – Israeli jets have bombed the headquarters of Iran's state broadcaster IRIB in Tehran. This was reported by the Times of Israel, which shared a video showing a state TV presenter fleeing the studio during a live broadcast. Previously, the Israeli army (IDF) had issued an evacuation warning for the area of Tehran where IRIB is located, and Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz, hinting at a strike on the state broadcaster, stated: "The megaphone of Iranian propaganda and incitement is about to disappear." A few minutes later, the live broadcast resumed. An hour earlier, Israel had issued an evacuation warning for the area of the Iranian capital where the TV studios are located.
