Washington (USA), Sep 8 (LaPresse) – Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee have posted on X an image of the birthday book page belonging to financier Jeffrey Epstein containing Donald Trump’s name. It is an obscene letter that Trump is alleged to have written and signed for Epstein’s 50th birthday. The letter, along with others, was collected in a book by Epstein’s former girlfriend and accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell. The book, along with other documents, was handed over today to the House Committee by Epstein’s heirs. The existence of Trump’s alleged letter was first revealed by The Wall Street Journal. The US president has denied that the signature on the letter is authentic and has sued the Journal and its publisher Rupert Murdoch, seeking one billion dollars in damages.
