Milan, 17 September (LaPresse) – Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich says the Gaza Strip is a ‘real estate gold mine’ and that he is in talks with the Americans on how to divide it up after the war. There is ‘an abundance of real estate’ in Gaza that ‘pays for itself’ and he has ‘already started negotiations with the Americans,’ the far-right minister said during a real estate conference in Tel Aviv. This was reported by the Times of Israel. “We have invested a lot of money in this war. We have to see how we will distribute the land in percentages,” Smotrich said, adding that “the demolition, the first phase of the city’s renewal, has already been done. Now we just have to build”.
