Turin, 25 September (LaPresse) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that if Russia does not end the war, officials working in the Kremlin will need to make sure they know where the nearest air-raid shelter is. In an interview with The Axios Show, Zelensky said that Ukraine will not bomb civilians because “we are not terrorists”. However, he hinted that Russian centres of power, such as the Kremlin, would be targeted. ‘They need to know where the air raid shelters are,’ he said, referring to Kremlin officials. ‘They need them. If they don’t stop the war, they will need them anyway. They need to know that we in Ukraine will respond every day. If they attack us, we will respond.’
