Philippines: death toll from Bualoi storm rises to 10, 433,000 evacuated

Manila (Philippines), 26 September (LaPresse/AP) – The death toll from tropical storm Bualoi has risen to 10, with over 433,000 people evacuated in the Philippines. The storm knocked down trees and caused power outages after making landfall on Thursday evening local time. At least 13 other people are missing, mostly fishermen from three central provinces who have not been found since venturing out to sea before the storm hit.
