Rome, October 4 (LaPresse) – “Hamas has shown its willingness for peace, as it has done many times in the past. A window of opportunity for lasting peace in our region has thus opened,” said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. “We welcome Hamas’ response to Trump’s peace plan. If all parties act responsibly, stopping the bloodshed and establishing peace is perfectly possible. It is essential that Israel immediately cease its attacks. The growing hopes for peace must not be allowed to fade,” he added, quoted by Anadolu.
