Rome, Oct. 6 (LaPresse) – Around 40,000 residents in the Belgorod region have been left without electricity following drone attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces, according to the region’s governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov. “We heard a report from energy experts on the nature of the damage caused by last night’s shelling of Belgorod.
