Milan, Oct. 7 (LaPresse) – “The decisions made in February 2022 were correct and timely.” This was stated by Putin during a meeting with the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defense and the General Staff, according to Interfax, referring to the invasion of Ukraine.
“Currently, the strategic initiative remains entirely in the hands of the Russian armed forces. This year, we have liberated nearly 5,000 square kilometers of territory (4,900) and 212 populated areas,” Putin added.
