Milan, Oct. 8 (LaPresse) – Israel is preparing for the possibility that U.S. President Donald Trump will visit the country if an agreement is signed.
According to Ynet, Israeli officials believe Trump would want to travel to the region to “celebrate” what would be a major achievement — the end of the war and the release of the hostages.
The report specifies that everything now depends on the outcome of the talks in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, but the indications are positive.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has invited Trump to attend the signing ceremony if an agreement is reached.
