Turin, 15 October (LaPresse) – The Israeli Defence Forces say that the Red Cross has informed the army that it has collected two coffins, presumably containing the bodies of hostages killed by Hamas in Gaza City. The Red Cross is now taking the coffins to Israeli troops inside Gaza, where a small ceremony will be held, presided over by a military rabbi. The remains will then be taken for identification. Hamas has not disclosed the identities of the hostages handed over.
