This was announced by the head of the city’s military administration, Timur Tkachenko, as reported by Ukrainian media. One person was killed in the Dnipro district, where a fire broke out on the eighth and ninth floors of a residential building as a result of a Russian attack. Tkachenko later reported a second death.
