Turin, 27 October (LaPresse) – US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says Washington does not consider Israel’s attack on Saturday to be a violation of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza. On Saturday, Israel said it had struck a member of the Islamic Jihad group accused of planning an attack on Israeli troops, a claim denied by Islamic Jihad. ‘We do not consider it a violation of the ceasefire,’ Rubio said, speaking aboard Air Force One during his trip to Asia.
