Milan, 29 October (LaPresse) – Kiev must decide on the fate of Ukrainian citizens currently surrounded. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with military personnel deployed in Ukraine at the P.V. Mandryka hospital. Putin noted that he had discussed with the commanders of the groups concerned the possibility of sending media representatives to the enemy encirclement zone so that they could see for themselves what was happening there. “And so that the Ukrainian political leadership can make appropriate decisions regarding the fate of its citizens and military personnel surrounded, just as they once did at Azovstal. They will have this opportunity,” Putin said.
