Ukraine: Kiev, 300 Russians penetrate Pokrovsk thanks to thick fog

(LaPresse) – Over 300 Russian soldiers took advantage of poor weather conditions, including thick fog, to penetrate Pokrovsk, a Ukrainian town at the centre of fighting in recent weeks in the Donetsk region. This was reported by the Ukrainian army, as reported by RBC-Ukraine. In recent days, the Russians have intensified their efforts to penetrate Pokrovsk with light vehicles through the southern suburbs. The thick fog has reduced the capacity of Ukrainian aerial reconnaissance.
