Kremlin: ‘Kushner also with Witkoff at meeting with Putin’

Milan, 2 December (LaPresse) – Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has announced that Jared Kushner, Donald Trump’s son-in-law, will also be present at today’s meeting in Moscow between US envoy Steve Witkoff and Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was reported by the Russian news agency Interfax. ‘As previously discussed, the Russian-American meeting will begin after 5 p.m.’ Moscow time, i.e. 3 p.m. Italian time, ‘Putin will meet Witkoff, the American chief negotiator for Ukrainian affairs, at the Kremlin. Jared Kushner will be with him,’ Peskov told reporters. ‘There will be no other representatives from the American side,’ he added, ‘only a translator.’ As for the duration of the meeting, Peskov specified that it will go on for ‘as long as necessary.’
