Ukraine, Russian attack on Odessa: 50,000 without electricity

Kyiv, Dec. 4 (LaPresse) – A Russian attack hit the Ukrainian region of Odessa. “The enemy attacked the DTEK power plant during the night,” the DTEK group reported on Telegram. “9,500 households were able to reconnect to the electricity grid thanks to backup systems. Another 51,800 are temporarily without power.” The head of the Independent Electoral Commission of the Odessa region, Oleh Kiper, stated that seven people were injured in the raid.
