Milan, 7 December (LaPresse) – A man has been arrested at Heathrow Airport in London after several people were allegedly attacked with pepper spray. This was reported by the local police. ‘Officers were called at 8:11 a.m. to a multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 following reports of multiple assaults. Several people were sprayed with what is believed to be a type of pepper spray by a group of men who then left the scene. Special squad officers intervened and arrested a man on suspicion of assault. The man remains in custody and investigations are continuing to trace other suspects,‘ Scotland Yard reported, adding that ’traffic in the area is currently slightly disrupted and Terminal 3 remains open.” Heathrow Airport said its teams ‘are currently responding to an incident involving the emergency services in the Terminal 3 multi-storey car park’. ‘Passengers are advised to allow extra time to reach the airport and to check with their airline for any queries,’ the airport added.
