Milan, 7 December (LaPresse) – “We believe there are opportunities for peace. The Iranian axis has been hit hard, I will discuss this with President Trump at the end of the month and we will put an end to Hamas’ role in Gaza. We are almost at the end of the first phase and we expect to move on to the second phase soon. We will achieve the disarmament of Hamas and the demilitarisation of Gaza.” So said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, speaking at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Jerusalem.
