X: Musk against the EU, it’s practically the Fourth Reich, not democracy but a government of bureaucrats.

Milan, 7 December (LaPresse) – Elon Musk attacks the European Union in a series of posts on his social media account. First, he reposted a post in which the words “Fourth Reich” accompany an image showing a swastika under the EU flag; “basically”, Musk comments in the repost. Then, in other posts, Musk wrote: ‘The European Union is not a DEMOcracy – government by the people – but rather a BUREAUcracy – government by unelected bureaucrats!’; and again, ‘X is seeing record downloads in many countries in Europe.’ The comments come after the European Commission imposed a €120 million fine on the social network on Friday for violating transparency rules. A few hours ago, Nikita Bier, head of product at X, announced the cancellation of the EU Commission’s advertising account.
