Turin, 10 December (LaPresse) – The Israeli army launched a large-scale raid in the occupied West Bank in the early hours of the day, arresting more than 100 Palestinians, including political leaders and former prisoners. The arrests were made in the cities of Nablus, Salfit, Jenin, Tulkarem, Qalqilya and Jericho, as well as the towns of Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis, east of Jerusalem. According to the Anadolu news agency, Israeli forces arrested 50 Palestinians in Nablus, 15 in Salfit, 13 in Jericho and another 20 in East Jerusalem, some of whom were released after field interrogations.
