Starke (Florida, US), Dec. 10 (LaPresse) – The death sentence of Mark Allen Geralds, a man convicted of stabbing and beating to death a woman, Tressa Pettibone, on February 1, 1989, was carried out in Florida. This was the eighteenth execution in Florida in 2025, further extending the state’s record for total executions in a single year.
