According to Ukrinform, the news was reported on Telegram by the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak. “Odessa has been subjected to another enemy attack. Infrastructure has been damaged. Part of the city has been left without electricity and water,” the note reported by Ukrinform reads. According to the official, there is currently no information on casualties. All relevant services are working on site, Lysak added.
