(LaPresse) – There are ‘some signs indicating that’ Ukraine ‘is willing to engage in some kind of dialogue,’ but Russia still does not see Kiev’s willingness to discuss the territorial issue. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his year-end press conference broadcast live on television. ‘We do not yet see such willingness,’ said the Kremlin leader.
