Rome, 26 December (LaPresse) – An IDF reservist was filmed driving a quad bike into a Palestinian man praying on a road in the West Bank. The IDF stated that the same reservist opened fire in a Palestinian village on Thursday morning while wearing civilian clothes, acting ‘in serious violation of his authority’. The incidents come amid a wave of almost daily violence by Israeli settlers against Palestinians in the West Bank. An investigation has been launched into the matter.
