There is a process.‘ This was stated by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in an interview with CBS. ’They have had this Chavista system for 15 or 16 years, and everyone is wondering why, 24 hours after Nicolas Maduro’s arrest, there are no elections scheduled for tomorrow. It’s absurd,” he added.
