This is according to NetBlocks monitoring, which notes on its X profile that national connectivity levels continue to stabilise at around 1% of normal levels. ‘The censorship measure poses a direct threat to the safety and well-being of Iranians at a key moment for the country’s future,’ the tweet emphasises.
