Minneapolis (Minnesota), 24 January (LaPresse) – Federal immigration agents shot and killed a 51-year-old man in Minneapolis. The Associated Press reported the news, citing a hospital document it had access to. The shooting took place amid daily protests in the Twin Cities following the 7 January killing of 37-year-old Renee Good, who was shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent who fired at her vehicle. After the shooting, an angry crowd gathered and shouted profanities at federal agents, calling them ‘cowards’ and telling them to go home. One agent responded mockingly as he walked away, saying, ‘Boo hoo.’ Other agents pushed a screaming protester into a car.
