Rome, Jan. 28 (LaPresse) – Apple CEO Tim Cook, in an internal company letter obtained by the Wall Street Journal, said he was “saddened by the events in Minneapolis” and had privately expressed his concerns to President Trump. “This is a time for de-escalation,” Cook wrote. “I believe America is strongest when we live up to our highest ideals, when we treat everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of who they are or where they come from, and when we embrace our common humanity.”
