Rome, 30 January (LaPresse) – Russia has agreed to refrain from attacks on Ukraine until 1 February, at the request of White House President Donald Trump. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. ‘President Trump personally asked President Putin to refrain from striking Kiev for a week, until 1 February, while favourable conditions for negotiations are being created,’ he said.
