Turin, Feb. 14 (LaPresse) – “The statements by Volodymyr Zelensky are now the delirium of a sick person and an indicator that he is not in full mental capacity,” said Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, cited by Tass, commenting on the Ukrainian president’s remarks regarding the indefinite postponement of elections in Ukraine. “There is ample evidence in this regard,” she explained. “First he encourages everyone to organize the electoral process, and then suddenly changes his mind or postpones it. It is impossible to understand what is happening,” Zakharova added.
