Turin, 17 February (LaPresse) – Today’s talks between Russia, Ukraine and the United States in Geneva were “tense”. This was reported by the Russian news agency Tass, citing sources, explaining that bilateral negotiations between Russia and the United States took place, as well as trilateral consultations. The delegations will now report back to their respective capitals. The talks will resume tomorrow.
